Apostle Sharon Phumla Mfene is IRC’s visionary founder and Senior Pastor. With over 19 years of ministry experience, Apostle Phumla is a respected leader, educator, and advocate for spiritual and community growth. Holding a diploma in education, a psychology degree, and a theology degree, her work spans multiple African nations and beyond, touching lives in Ghana, Kenya, Namibia, Swaziland, Zimbabwe, Israel, and Nigeria. Apostle Phumla’s leadership combines a focus on worship, community outreach, and pastoral care. Her guidance ensures that IRC remains aligned with its long-term vision and immediate community needs.
